Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area, I worked for years as a part of social movements towards dignity, self-determination, ecological literacy, and environmental justice. My commitment to preserving our planetary health is the driving force to my pursuit of natural medicine.

I earned a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from San Francisco State University, where I was first introduced to the concept of Holistic Health. I began studying Herbalism over 15 years ago, and see it as a form of bio-remediation for the human body.

I earned my doctoral degree in Naturopathic Medicine with a concurrent Masters of Science in Eastern Medicine, from the National University of Natural Medicine, in 2019. Since then I’ve been sharpening my clinical skills in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. I hold dual licenses in Oregon and Washington, and a Diplomat of Acupuncture with the National Certificate Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.

I am passionate about helping patients to assert agency over their own health. Through health education and lifestyle coaching, each patient can gain deeper insight for how to achieve the healthiest and fullest version of themselves. I create individualized treatment plans that cater to your specific needs and aim to support your innate capacity to heal!

Outside of the clinic I make time to enjoy hiking, dancing, music, cooking healthy & delicious meals, staying creative, and sharing laughter & love with friends and family.
